Description
This image is of a homeless man in Chicago, IL on Michigan Ave. right by the Art Institue of Chicago Museum. I was walking around the Loop trying to find subjects for my speech on poverty. This man struck me so hard. Not because I am a man of faith, but because he looked so hopeless. He was slummped over, depressed, and desperate. I took this photo of him and helped him out the best way that I could by giving him some money. His weak voice said, "Thank you sir.". I don't care what you say about giving homeless people money. I usually don't practice this action for obvious reasons, but I felt like it was the least I could do for the man. I get teared up just thinking about it because I have a photographic memory.
